Car starts only when i hold down the power

hi i my car wont start normally. it starts only when i hold down the power door locks button. The car starts fine when i turn the ignition while holding down the power door lock.

There is no relationship to the power locks and starting the car. The only possible thing I can think is that the door lock may have a short and holding the bottun temporarily corrects this allowing more current to the starter. If this is the case you may want to remove the door lock relay and and then see if this helps. If so, a ew relay may be needed. Just a hunch though. Good luck.
