I've replaced battery, starter and starter relay. Car still wont turn. I believe it has to do with the passive alarm as the key fob won't unlock/lock the doors, had to use the manually.

Are you trying to start the car when it is park? I had the same problem. Replaced the battery and relay. Try to start the car in neutral. If it starts, it's the parking switch. I replaced the parking switch on mine and it always starts.
