1996 Saturn SC2 car wont start after chaninging spark plugs

ok so i changed the spark plugs and wires and did not have the correct way the wires were supposed to go and probably wired them wrong the first time is it possible i burned out the coil packs? i have the proper wire config now and it is on correctly and the car still wont start

The wire order for ur coils is on ur emmissions label it's 4 1 2 3 from left to right.the number four cyclinder is closest to the coil pack and the number 1 is right by the upper mount.I haven't seen any coils burning up from the wrong wire order.how long did u run it the wrong order.did u make sure the plugs were gapped correctly.how was it running before u changed the plugs and wires?does it pop try to start what does it do?let me know.
