My car does not turn on consistently. I put in a new battery just two months ago. It will not turn first thing in the morning or late in the evening. So is my alternator shot or might it just be coincidence and I need to check electrical connections somewhere?

Do you mean it cranks over and refuses start or just won't do anything when you hit the key to start position

I mean it won't turn over. And most times it doesn't get juice and nothing comes on
