BCM question

I recently had my BCM replaced on my 2000 Saturn SL. The night that they replaced my BCM I noticed that some of my dash lights and AC control lights blew out. Is it possible that the replacement of the BCM caused my lights to blow or do they have nothing to do with each other?

Welcome to the forum. :)
I assume they replaced the performance control module. I think it is just a coincidence. You might double check that the connections did not come loose while they were in there working.
