Cooling fan will not come on. THe temp gauge is coming up to temperture & working. Relay has been replaced & is new the fuse is good. When I jump the wire to the fan the fan motor comes on. But under normal operating conditons the fan will not come on.

Your fan switch is most likely faulty. What model is this Saturn? I will locate the switch for you

Hmm, sorry about that. researching your vehicle further, i found that this series does not include a switch. It is controlled through the body computer. if you already replaced the relay then there must be faulty wiring somewhere from the fan motor. check out these diagnostic procedures...

Do u know what the power should be coming out of the relay. The 2 on the right side show 13volts coming out & one of the left ones goes to ground ohms out & the other one shows nothing. Now the piece won't even start. But I'm certain the wires going to my fan r good. I think its whatever sends the signal to come on isn't doing its job/

The fan control relay is what is used by the computer to control the cooling fan operation. It is turned on or off by the computer. Are you certain you checked the correct relay? Easiest way to test it is just swap it with another known good relay with the same pin positions.
