1998 Other Saturn Models Speedomneter want work

I had it put on a computer says speedometer sensor was not good replaced it, speedometer or odemeter neither 1 will work its like its not communicating with computer alseo changed speedometer cluster still want work its a 98 saturn Sl 2 also I changed computer can you help me?

Usually it turns out to be bad solder points on the board itself, check the solder on the pins at the speedo connector part of the circuit board.
