1997 Other Saturn Models ran out of gas won't start

I ran out of gas last night and weather was cold, temperature around 19. Put gas in and car wouldn't start, it just clicked. Had car towed home. Just had a new battery installed in August 09. Brought battery back and they told me it was a good battery but it needed to be charged, The battery temperature was 32 degrees. Got battery charged and put it back in. Car still won't start. Could it be the fuel pump is bad or that there was water in the gasline that froze. Did try to put dry gas in

Is it an SL, SC, SW modlel?

The only way to rule out the fuel pump/fuel filter and intank pick-up sock is to check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge

Sample fuel pressure for an SL model is 46-94psi, also I advised that you get that battery load tested won't hold 9.6 volts in 10secs it belongs in the trash can or recycle center

Thanks for getting back to me. It's an SL model. Someone said it also might be the starter. Could that be possible
