My question hopefully u can answer in time I would appreciate it.

i have a 1994 saturn SL2 4 dr sedan twin cam. It is automatic. The only thing I need to know so I can finish working on my car is how much trans fluid does this car hold. By quarts or gallons. I gone to alot of different car shops. But they cant seem to give me a straight answer. Please help.

The short answer is 5.3 qts. But, you have to make sure that you fill the transmission correctly. If there is no fluid in it at all, you need to add most of the 5.3 qts just to make sure you've got fluid in there because you should check the fluid when the transmission is hot. Then, fill up to the full mark.

A Chilton's manual or other reputable source of information would be valuable if you wanted to continue doing a lot of your own maintenance.
