2003 Saturn L300 Engine Shutdown after running - want start

The engine was changed out recently. (60000 miles new engine)

The engine will not start after I stop at a light or have run the engine for a while.

I have changed fuel pump, fuel filter, and the car still shutdown. I normally have to wait about 10-15 minutes before it will start again.
