2002 Saturn L300 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 137000 miles

After a short time driving the instrumentation panel goes out, along with the odometer. The airbag light, as well as the check engine light will go on. Everything else in the car will still operate normally. Then after a short time after the car has been turned off for a while, the car is again started and everything works like normal.

I have checked the fuses and everything looks fine. Do you have any ideas???
