2000 Saturn L300 My car sounds like it is dragging somethin

My car sounds like it is dragging something but I cannot see anything hanging down underneath, what can be causing this?

Does it start making the noise at a certain speed or is as soon as u start moving?If it is at a certain speed what speed does it make that noise?Does it sound like the front or the back?

It does it at 5-10 mph and gets worse at higher speeds, doesn't seem to make the sound in reverse though.

Does it sound like the front or the back the noise is comming from?Also when at like 40 mph and up when u change lanes or turn to the left or right does the noise get louder or quiter?
