If your driver-side power seat in your 2003 Saturn L200 is not functioning properly, specifically not moving forward or backward and not reclining, there could be a few potential causes for the issue. Here are a couple of possibilities to consider:

Faulty Power Seat Motor: The power seat is equipped with a motor that controls the seat's movement. If the motor has malfunctioned or failed, it can result in the seat not moving forward or backward, as well as the inability to recline. A faulty motor would require replacement to restore proper functionality.

Wiring or Electrical Issue: There could be a problem with the wiring or electrical connections related to the power seat. Loose connections, damaged wiring, or a blown fuse could be preventing the power module from sending the appropriate signals to the motor. Checking the wiring harness and connectors for any signs of damage or disconnection would be a good starting point. It's also advisable to inspect the corresponding fuse to ensure it is intact.

Yes it was blown but I replaced it for it to just blow again immediately so I did the seat motors and that did the trick!
