2003 Saturn L200 Car wont start

2003 Saturn L200 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Vehicle died out while I was driving battery seems strong but won't start it just clicks when key is in ignition and turned to on after about 10 minutes the lights start to flicker rapidly and there is a buzzing sound

Did u ever try jump starting it u may have a bad alternator starter or ur engine locked up.u should make sure ur battery cables aren't corroded up and the cables are tight see if maybe u can get it too turn ove with a jump start.let me know what u find.
