My ac work it blows air and the I have put a new dryer and it still dose not cool. On the das it shows the temp on know it shows Oc please help

I'm having trouble understanding what your trying to say. From what I understand you replaced the drier and something about the a/c doesn't blow cold?All so something about something on the dash?Does the a/c compressor come on?Do you have auto climate control?Or manual a/c?Also when you charge the a/c back up how many oz's did you put in?
