2002 Saturn L200

When you try to start the car all you here is the starter spinning. The battery is reading 12.8 volts on my meter. I was hoping you could help.

If ur starter is spining and the engine isnt turning over sounds like ur starter is bad does it do it all the time. If so u can take the starter out and have it tested sounds like the starter is spining but the gear isnt kicking out to engauge the engine. Let me know what I find.
