My car was left outside in -20 temp, it would not start the next day. I only had a 1/4 tank of gas. The battery was dead so I put in a new one. I put the car in a heated garage for over 24 hours and it still will not start. When I take the fuse for the fuel pump out it almost starts but with no gas it cant. But when I put the fuse back in it doesn't even come close. The garage is 70 degrees and the car is warm to the touch since I also put a tarp over it with a portable heater. any help will be very appreciated.
