I can't turn the key in the ignition to start the car

First, take pressure off the lock by turning the wheel slightly and turning the lock at the same time.

IF not

Second,
try a different key.

IF it still isn't working the lock cylinder will most likley need replacement. Saturns seem to have problems with these.
