2004 Saturn Ion relay and/or solenoid

My dome and vanity lights come on and go off at various times while driving and when the car is parked and engine turnd off. While driving, I can hear a "clicking" sound that sounds very much like the sound of the door locks when they automatically lock at 5 miles per hour. The doors are locked at this time.
