2004 Saturn Ion Out of the Blue - car won't start

2004 Saturn Ion 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I purchased my Saturn about a year ago, it rides well and I change my oil every 3K miles.

Once in a blue moon it just won't start. No noise, no sounds - no clicking. It just doesn't start.

Tried steering wheel unlock, made sure car was in park, and other checks. No results.

sometimes after ten min the car will indeed start with no warning lights.

Has this happened before?
