The car won't start at times. If I wait 10 or 15 minutes it starts up with no problem. Lately it has stop starting more frequently.

Legitimate,

Turn off the pass lock and don't use it again. Pass lock is activated when you lock the car from a remote, and it's a security feature to prevent theft. The downside of this, is that a piece of silicon in the device can expand and contract with the weather conditions. I have had this happen to me in the winter; I go to turn it on, and it doesn't start. Well, pass lock thinks you are trying to steal the car, because this silicon sensor has contracted, and will disable the engine for 15 mins or so. The solution is to maunally lock your car using the driver's side manual switch. I have been doing this procedure for 2+yrs now and the problem has never come back. Good luck!
