Electrical problem
1997 Saturn Ion 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 300k miles

The battery will stay full as long as i disconnect it. Any time i need to use the car i just reconnect it and remember to disconnect it when im finished! I have tried hooking up a volt meter, took all the fuses out one by one in the interior of the car....nothing! Then i tried the fuses in the engine...one of them was using power, also note that most of them were corroded, but not damaged. I was going to try and take the entire box of and see if underneath was completely corroded out! The horn doesnt work eaither maybe connected? Maybe a wire is grounded that shouldnt be? My biggest problem is that I dont have an owners manual nor do I have the fuse cover with the diagram of which fuse is which! Any help would be much appreciated!
