Rear shocks leaking oil - 9-3

I have a 2001 Saab 9-3 Turbo convertible with 68,000 miles, automatic, 2 wheel drive. My rear shocks are leaking oil. SAAB dealer tells me this is normal? and within Manufacturers specs. 2 other mechanics as well as friends have said it is not. Car is under Certified Preowned warranty period. What is your experience?
