1996 SAAB 9000 dies when head light switch turned on

This car will die whenever head light switch is turned on. It will not restart untill hours sometimes after days. Charging system and battery ok, relay and switch have been changed but no help.
Can anybody help what could be the problem?

U HAVE A ELECTRICAL SHORTS AT JUNCTION J18 OR DISTRIBUTION BLOCK 75 IN ELECTRICAL WIRING HARNESS NEAR SWITCH, NOTE U MAY NEED TO RE-SOLDER THE JUNCTION CONNECTION , REMOVE CRIMP CONNECTION & RE-SOLDER WIRING, GOOD LUCK, J18 LOCATION APPROX 170 MM FROM THE CABLE ENTRY IN THE BULKHEAD TOWARDS THE IGNITION SWITCH [MAIN WIRING HARNESS].
