2001 Saab 9-5 car turns over but won t start

Electrical problem
2001 Saab 9-5 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 125.00 miles

I am not getting any power to fuel pump
no power to fuel relay or fuse.
changed relay stiil no power
looks like no ground to relay when i checked it.

can you help? thanx
