First thing first let's do a electrical test locate fuse for one of the components that is inop, remove fuse now turn ignition on take a test light and check if power is on one side of where u pull fuse, if not move to next inop component do the same, if no power then your problem is with the body control module [or dice unit as saab call it ]located under dash at d/s above relay box while there check if u see any burn wiring u may have a shorted wiring problem if it is not the control unit, but all these inop component r controled through DICE UNIT.
