2000 Saab 9-3 repair Question 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 76000 miles

The driver's seat belt in my 2000 SAAB 9-3 convertible is stuck in the retractor abd will not budge. Any tips on how to proceed with this repair, or if it's too involved to attempt, would be greatly appreciated

U may have a seat belt pretentioner problem, sorry not repairable.[Safety reason ] only solution is to replace seat beat mechanism, but u can check for sure by pulling b-pillar panel.
