1999 SAAB 9-3 repair Question Car wont start

I needed to get a new battery for my car it kept dying, but could be charged. One day it couldent be charged and wouldent start. I then went and got a new battery. The car still wont start. HELP

Does it crank over and will not start or just won't crank at all/nothing?

Probable causes could be the starter, starter relay, park and neutral switch and ignition switch
