Replaced the coil packs now the car runs roughs and have a ticking sound from the back of the engine. I put the old ones back still no change. The plugs where replaced a month ago that is when I found out that I had one bad coil pack so I decided to replace them all.

Try pulling up each coil to see if any cylinder is not firing.
Swap the coils around and test if the above test indicates one is not working correctly. If problem migrates, the coil has a problem
Swap the plugs around if step 2 indicates same problem. If problem migrates, the plug has a problem (new plugs or coils can be faulty too).
Check for loose connections of coil connectors.
Check for loose grounds.

Just put new plugs in also change coils around still same problem. It seems to be misfiring on the back cylinders. Could it be in the PCM? I checked the coils on the front before I removed them. The only code is misfire code.

It seldom is the PCM but possible. I would lean more to poor wire connections.
By the way did you test which cylinder is misfiring? If you look at the live data, it might tell you which cylinder is misfiring and after swapping out the coils or plugs, you should be able to determine if it had migrated according to the movement of the coils or plugs.
