Replacing all hoses in the cooling system

Hi I just recently purchased this vehicle and I am swapping out the radiator with a csf all aluminum one. I want to replace all the rubber hoses in the cooling system since I will be under the hood. I am not sure how many rubber hoses have coolant running through them and I am unfamiliar with there names. So my question is, how many hoses are there in my vehicle that I need to replace along with there names? Any answers are much appreciated. Thanks.
