i have noticed that when I am breaking my rear fog light flashes on the dash board with out the actual light switched on also my reverse sensor beeps when I break aswell and my breaks are making a puffing noise when I push them

Sounds like you have a bad ground/earth wire somewhere .. have the brake servo/booster inspected for leaks or seal damage !!
