when we get out of the car and fail to lock the steering wheel then lock the the car using the central locking
it will not start when we return to the car, We need to lock the steering then lock the car then wait for at least 20 mins.

Can we avoid this

Locking the steering wheel should have no affect on the starting of the car. Have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to check for alarm/immoboliser fault codes in the BCM (body control module)
