If the dealer installed an ECU and recoded the car it is now their responsibility to get the car running for you .. there could be numerous reasons the car will not start ? .. start with checking battery is good .. check starter motor and wiring .

the Immoboliser is built into the ECU .. it sounds like it has not been programmed correctly which is not letting the car start !!
