2001 Renault Megane megane radio tuning problem

2001 Renault Megane 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 99000 miles
HI,
After dead battery, radio went on code, i input the code (from service manual) and it came on. However only cassette player works and radio does go on but it does not catch any station no matter how much i keep tuning it (manually and auto).
can anyone pls help in sorting it out.

check the ariel is in good condition no cracks or breaks, check the ariel wire condition no crack's or breaks, this is a fault on these somewhere .. of course you could just be trying to tune in a bad reception area .. try moving the vehicle to open area (no surrounding buildings etc.) and re-tuning the radio.
