Relay locations and labeling

Current drain when ignition key is in off position. I need to replace the time delay relay. I cannot find it. I have a paper cover service manual, but it does not show relay location information for the concourse model.

If you mean the retained power relay, it is taped in the body harness under the drivers door trim.
How did you test it to find it was the problem?
