Reduce engine power, service stabilitrak, service traction control

As soon as I start moving all three of the above pop on the power is very reduces and can't travel at highway speeds. I have some codes here:
P0652
P2138
P0393
P0341
P0366

Trying to figure out the problem replaced the throttle body and pedal still not luck with that fuses are good too.

Hello,

This is common when the throttle bore needs to be serviced here is a guide to help you fix the problem. Disconnect the battery before you begin.
