I recently replaced the rear wiper motor and switch and the wiper works, but there is constant power to it so when the vehicle turns on or off the wiper keeps running. Was told by a mechanic that the module needs to be replaced but he is unsure where it is located. I would like to save money and have my brother who is also a mechanic fix this. Can you tell me the location of the rear wiper module?

According to my information, you do not have a separate module, the rear wiper motor has logic in the motor assembly. At the moment, I would pull the rear wiper fuse, ip fuse block, that should kill it, until you find the problem. That rear wiper fuse is hot all the time. The rear wiper switch is part of ground circuit. The BCM can also supply voltage. Note the diagrams, I can only help with testing.
