I had a blow out on the right rear inside tire (dually truck). That damaged the fender. Need to find the fender retainer screws. They are metal screws w/nuts embedded in a nylon collar which bind the fender to the quarter panel. It calls for ten. Where can I find these?

Any body shop or body shop supply store. Ford dealers typically will not have them available from the manufacturer once they get to be three or four years old unless they are still used on current models. The dealer's body shop will have them too. They get them from the same suppliers independent body shops get them from.
