Radio will not stayed programmed

When I program the radio station they stay programmed as long as the car is on once I turn the car off the stations goes away. When I turn the car back on the stations are no longer programmed and the radio is always turned off ( even though it was on when I turned the car off).

Check radio 1 Fuse (20 amp).

Engine room J/B 2 (Left side of engine compartment).

This fuse should be hot/ powered at all times
