Radiator cooling fan

I have replaced A/C high/low pressure switches, transducer radiator fan. Buy no fan the way the fan runs is if I take it right to battery.

Can you confirm what the issue is? Does the fan run on high all the time? Or does it not turn on at all?

Just let us know which issue this is having as they are different enough to go in different directions. Then we can go from there. Thanks

It doesn’t come on at all and do guys Happen to know where the radiator fan relay is located on this vehicle?The service manager at the Jeep dealer couldn't find it either except in the diagram like I have.

This is located at the front of the engine compartment behind the left headlight assembly. See the attached for more info.
