Coolant leak

There was a recall on my car and I brought it to the dealership and had it serviced in November 2018. The recall was due to engine overheating and catching fire I believe. So that was supposedly fixed, while it was in the shop they said some kind of sensor needed to be replaced and that wasn't covered by the recall. So I paid for that and got the car back. Everything was okay with it up until this past week. There is a light coming on saying " Engine Coolant Over-temperature" and the car will not go anywhere when put into gear. It will just shake and does not drive at all. So I had it towed to the same dealership that I had it serviced at in Nonmember. They are now telling me that the "heater hose" which is connected to a part called a "T" (no clue what this part actually is) is leaking coolant due to the "T" being broken and needing to be repaired.
My question is that I'm needing to know if this could be related to or caused by the same dealership "fixing" my car last time it was there. The warning lights that are on are the same now as when I brought the car in for the recall so I figured it would still be covered under that recall notice, but it's not. Sorry for the long post, but any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Good afternoon,

A lot of time since November. If that was a continuing issue, it would have happened again before now.

As far as the T. That is a connection where three hoses come together. They may have been to that connection for the recall but the fact so much time has gone by, they will tell you it had nothing to do with there repair.

Can you get some pictures of that failure and send them to us so we can see the failure?

Hi Roy,

Thank you for taking time to read my question. I will send you a picture of the light that is showing up. Oh and about the time issue, from November until now we've only driven the car maybe has 250-300 miles in total (my husband only used it for work which is exactly one mile from our home). I just have a gut feeling that this is due to something that was done the first time it was in their shop. On another note, we also had to change out the transmission at around 60,000 miles. We bought the car from my husbands grandmother and she had been the only driver/owner. She bought the car brand new so I know for a fact it wasn't "ragged out" and was serviced regularly.I have no clue where to go from here or if getting a lawyer involved would even be worth the headache any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I am sending pictures of the car warning lights from November 2018 and also the picture from the most recent ordeal with this car.

Okay, I'm not really sure what I;m doing wrong but it will not allow me to attach any pictures on here.

Again, sorry for the long novel post! Thanks again for you time and help in this matter.
