The headlights taillights dashboard lights and dom lights pulsat at any rpm range. I replaced the alternater and battery and it is still happening. I am thinking it might be a open ground, but I do not know where to start having no schematic to go off of. Please help. I am on a very low income. Thanks, James Pedersen

Make sure terminal ends are clean on battery terminals first, then check belt and tensioner recommended replacement for both is 60,000 miles. The tensioner looses tension and belt wears and alternator will not charge correctly.

Hey JAMES,

Is the voltage regulator separate on that model? If so I would replace it.
