Power windows, locks not functioning

Hey, I have been having trouble with my windows and locks. I got a new master switch, the mirrors work, but the locks and windows still will not.
I checked the fuses and fusible link everything seems to be fine. I did notice there was a fuse missing in the engine management spot. I replaced that. Still no change. Please help.

Best suspect is broken or frayed wires between the door hinges. Check those first. If they're okay, I will look for a wiring diagram and figure out where to go next.

Thanks. I have the panel off the door, all wires look to be taped up in good condition, I will check tomorrow for wires leading inside door to see if frayed. From what is visible every thing is fine. Seems there is power going to all the wires that connect to the master switch, except the black and red wire, according to the test light. Not sure what this means. Any help is appreciated.
