It sounds like the MICU got wet or is shorted out here is how to fix it:

The B1056, B1057, B1058, B1060, B1061, B1062, B1063, and B1160 codes on a 2009 Honda Odyssey are related to the power window and door lock system. These codes are likely specific to Honda's Body Control Module (BCM) and indicate various issues within the system.

The fact that these codes appeared after a roof leak is significant, as water damage can cause electrical issues in a vehicle. When water gets into sensitive electronic components like the MICU, it can lead to various malfunctions and error codes.

The power window and door lock problems you're experiencing are likely a result of the water intrusion and the subsequent issues with the MICU. The water could have affected the circuitry, connectors, or even corroded some components within the MICU, leading to improper functioning of the power windows and door locks.

To resolve this issue, you'll need to address the water leak and then have the MICUinspected and repaired or replaced, if necessary. Here's what you can do:

Water Leak Repair: Find and fix the source of the roof leak to prevent any further water intrusion. Inspect the seals around the sunroof, roof rack mounting points, and other potential entry points for water.

Dry Out the MICU: If water has already made its way into the MICU, the affected areas should be thoroughly dried out. You can use a moisture-absorbing product like silica gel packets or leave the vehicle in a dry environment with good ventilation to facilitate drying.

MICU Inspection and Repair: After drying, have a qualified mechanic inspect the MICU for any visible signs of damage, corrosion, or water-related issues. They may need to perform electronic tests to determine the extent of the damage and diagnose the root cause of the problem.

MICU Replacement: If the MICU is beyond repair or the damage is extensive, you may need to replace it with a new or refurbished unit. You can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay.

It's essential to address the issue promptly to prevent further electrical problems in your Honda Odyssey. Water damage can have long-lasting effects on electrical systems, so the sooner you can dry out the components and resolve the issues, the better.

Here is the location of the MICU and how to change it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
