Plugs foul out as soon as it starts. When trying to start it after that gas starts appearing in the oil. This has a fuel distributor. Could it be my fuel pump is not producing a high enough pressure?

The fuel pump pressure may be an issue or you have one or two injectors that are staying wide open dumping fuel into the cylinder going into the oil you may also have a fuel pressure regulate problem.
