How do you ge the front rotors off?

Remove caliper and hang out of way, remove pads and bracket.
Rotor may be rusted on spindle, a few gentle taps with a rubber hammer should pop it off.
Some manufacturers use small clips on the studs to hold rotor on during assembly, if you see one or two on there, remove them, they do not have to be replaced.
