Stuck Rotter

How do I remove a stuck rotter? I have used WD40...as well as hitting it with a sledge hammer...it is STUCK! I have actually broken the back off and it spins, but the center will not come off.

I am trying to change it.

If you are talking about the brake rotor? Have you removed the caliper mount? It should just slide off, if it's that rusted on, spray with penetrating oil and let it sit a while you may need a pry bar and get behind as much as you can!
