I am finding gas in my oil I found this out because I could see my gas gauge dropping fairly fast and the car will sputter in short quick bursts every 5 sec or so also I could not find any fuel leaks could this be a computer problem?{Had computer flashed because engine light would not shut off} or could it be an injector problem? Thanx!

Hi there,

I would pull the spark plugs and look for a very dirty, sooty spark plug, this will indicate a leaking injector the fuel is running down the bore past the rings and washing the protective oil from the bore, this will cause rapid ring deterioration so act quickly, if you find one faulty injector it would be wise to have all injectors serviced or replaced as a group.
