my 1997 sunfire seems to cut uot while cruising at around 2000-3000 rpm. btu it seems to stop when I give it gas. seems like fuel restriction but then it should studder when I step on it,right .anyone who can help please do .thanks

i had that problem with my 2000 sunfire and try a new battery because the sides of the battery were puffed out the coil pack needs 12 volts constantly so if u have a bad battery or alternator it will cause this problem hope this helps let me know

thanks for your reply , I found that changeing the coil packs solved the prob.
