1994 Pontiac Sunbird daytime running lights

My daytime running lights stopped working. I checked the fuse and the e- brake is off.

Probable causes: could be the DRL module or the relays

Thank-you, but can you tell me, where the mondule & relays are. I know there's two relays on the inner fender on the drivers side, next to the battriey.
